I'm researching the history of the 1/8th Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders during the Great War. Private Arthur Fleming, service number 3101, was killed at Beaumont Hamel on 13th November 1916 at the end of the Battle of the Somme. When Arthur enlisted he lived at 34 Nora Street, Lower Broughton.
